Long Bay Beach, Turks and Caicos

Long Bay Beach

White Villas is located on Long Bay Beach, on the island of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands. The villa is located across from a secluded beach access. It is a 2 to 3 minute walk from the villa to the beach.

Long Bay is an 20 square kilometers sandy bay, one meter deep (at low tide) as far as the eye can see. No current, no coral, no waves, no danger… and just absolutely perfect for playing in the water and kiteboarding.

The Long Bay area is sparsely populated and home to just a few private villas, yet only minutes away from the island’s resorts, grocery stores and restaurants, golfing, tennis courts, marinas, casinos and other attractions. In December 2016, the Shore Club Resort (20 min. walk on the beach from the villa) is opening its doors and will offer elegant restaurants and bars to all Long Bay Beach visitors.

Turks and Caicos

The Turks and Caicos is a small British Overseas Territory found between the Bahamas and the Dominican Republic. Providenciales (Provo) is 37.5 square miles and by far the most populated, most developed and the center of Turks and Caicos tourism. The ambience of the islands is laid back and friendly. Provo was voted the Best Vacation Island in the World by TripAdvisor.

Bruce Willis, Donna Karan, Christie Brinkley, Cameron Diaz, Oprah Winfrey, Bill Cosby, Michael Douglas, Demi Moore, Keith Richards, Gary Neville, Rio Ferdinand, John Terry and Gwyneth Paltrow… What have these superstars all got in common? Apart from a healthy bank account, they all own property in the Turks & Caicos Islands. And they’re just a few of the numerous A-Listers, politicians and business people who own real estate in the TCI, a location that has become synonymous with wealth and luxury.

The abundance of super-yachts, the +50 private jets found at Provo International Airport on any given day and Monaco style shopping aimed at the wealthy travellers have all helped create a perfect storm for the global elite. Plus the islands are a tax free environment, there is very little crime, its residents enjoy complete political stability and there is an aesthetic natural beauty that is unsurpassed anywhere else in the world (third largest coral reef system, world’s renowned beaches).
