WELCOME TO WHITE VILLAS
Meeting My Property Manager
Hi! I’m Simon, owner and property manager. That’s me, in the photo, with my wife Pina and our son Max. Prior to creating this villa collection, we travelled plenty and rented many properties in our lifetime. This made us aware of how important it is to trust who you’ll be renting from, and know there’ll be someone reliable, onsite, to help out if any need should arise. You also want owners and managers that actually know the destination and can help make your stay phenomenal. We get that, we’ve done the research, we’ve made the connections and we’re onsite to make sure everything is ideal.
We like to blog about subjects that can help you make holiday plans, what goes on on our island, what to do and enjoy on Turks and Caicos and much more. Click on this link to discover helpful articles.
Please feel free to contact me or stop by our villas, if you’re on the island. I’m always happy to talk about Turks and Caicos, our villas and any questions related to planning your best villa stay, ever. I mean it. You can reach me at 649 345-3179 (on the island), you can call my wife and travel-agent Pina at 514 574-5272, or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Puis, si vous parlez français, ne vous inquiétez pas! Nous sommes originaires de Montréal et nous pouvons parfaitement communiquez dans la langue de votre choix 😉
Providenciales is a true outdoor playground. If you’re lucky, there may even be an event planned during your stay. We’ve tried most activities and have partnered with people we believe are offering the best service in their respective fields. Here’s a brief outline of what you can do and who you can contact to set it all up.
KITEBOARDING – less than 5 minutes from your White Villas doorstep
Long Bay beach is one of the best locations in the world to learn how to kiteboard. Three kitesurfing schools operate on this beach which is famous for its shallow, warm, turquoise water and steady winds.
Riding a Jet Ski is the best way discover Parrot Cay, Pine Cay and Dellis Cay while exploring the amazing shallow water surrounding Providenciales. Rental companies can even come pick you up directly on the beach!
Three types of fishing are available in the Turks & Caicos: Deep Sea fishing, Bottom Fishing (for grouper snapper, mackerel, sharks, barracuda etc) and Bone/Fly fishing for Bone fish, Tarpon and Snook.
BOAT EXCURSIONS – 3 minute walk from our villas
We’ve worked hard to develop fun tours that meet all types of traveller needs. Basically, we’ve created four 4-hour tours that take you off the beaten path, along busy Grace Bay, and into parts of the islands you wouldn’t be able to otherwise see. Our boat comfortably seats 6, is powerful enough for many water sports, but also glides gracefully along when we want quieter, more peaceful discovery adventures.
Going out with a larger party, meet our partner Matt, owner of Catalyst. He can set you up perfectly for larger groups!
STAND UP PADDLE BOARDS (SUP) – 10 minutes away

Turks & Caicos boasts the third largest coral system in the world, which makes for some incredible diving. There’s an abundance of protected sites with pinnacles, canyons and even a 6,000 ft wall drop to explore in private, small, and large group dive trips..
If you love the water like we do, then kayaking in the Caribbean Sea will be a joy. Alone or with a group, explore Provo’s pristine and shallow waters.

Go big on a chartered catamaran or a traditionally rigged trading schooner. Sail the sheltered waters to your own private beach for sunning, snorkeling or beachcombing.

Chalk Sound, a large lake separated from the ocean with striking turquoise water and an array of small cays, is located towards the south of Providenciales. Described by Islands Magazine as “pristine islets untouched and off the beaten path”, it’s often on to-do lists while visiting the island.
Preserved by the National Trust, Cheshire Hall is one of the main historic attractions on Providenciales. Guides take you on a tour of this 200 year-old cotton plantation, giving visitors a glimpse of the challenges faced by the plantation owners at the time.
Visiting Other TCI Islands
Conch Bar Caves National Park, Middle Caicos
Conch Bar Caves National Park protects 24 km of underground caverns, and is one of the largest cave systems in the Caribbean region. Some of the caves have lagoons, as well as stalactites and stalagmites, while most have colonies of bats. Lucayan Indians left petroglyphs on the walls.
Crossing Place Trail, Middle Caicos
Crossing Place Trail is a coastal path established in the 18th century by plantation settlers and slaves, and now a National Trust Heritage site. This 8 km hiking and biking trail follows coastal headlands, beaches, and inland bush with interpretive signs along the way.
Mudjin Harbour, Middle Caicos
A 5 km slice of coastline along the north of Middle Caicos, Mudjin Harbour is one of the most photographed sites on the Turks and Caicos Islands. Breathtaking limestone cliffs hang above the half-moon lagoon and its arc of white sand beach. Beach lovers can access it by car, or by hiking Crossing Place Trail.
Day Trip to Salt Cay
Declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, Salt Cay was once the world’s largest salt producers. Seclusion seekers come here to relax on the white sand beaches, dive or snorkel the coral reefs, and spot humpback whales on their annual migrations from late January through early April.
Day Trip to North Caicos and Middle Caicos
Most visitors to Providenciales will find a day trip to North Caicos and Middle Caicos highly enjoyable. These two islands, despite being the two largest in the country, have small populations and low levels of development. They’re laid-back and quiet, and offer an atmosphere not unlike Providenciales was like twenty years ago.
Day Trip to Grand Turk
It’s easy to see Grand Turk on a day trip from Providenciales. There are several flights each day from Providenciales, which leave early and return late in the day. It’s only possible to reach Grand Turk via domestic flights, as there are no ferries from Providenciales.
A private chef in your villa
Hiring a private chef allows you to completely relax, adapt to your tastes and dietary needs, plus try out some local specialities you may not have heard of. A chef can provide daily meals, pop in for a special event or even provide cooking classes. Basically, whatever you crave.
Caicos Catering does a fantastic job and our guests are always pleased with their offer. Services range from hiring a private chef for your villa vacation, to booking one or multiple dinners. Chefs Melissa Hartling and Doug Camozzi have been catering weddings, events and private affairs on Turks and Caicos for over 35 years. They know how to put together amazing culinary experiences, using the freshest ingredients and delivering wonderful meals. Vegan? No problem. You’ll be well served here. Just let them know! You can hire a chef for your entire stay or, shop online and have everything delivered to you in a thermal box, including dinnerware and setting-up, so all you have to do is pull up a chair. When you’re done, there’s nothing to do. Simply call them and they’ll pick up the box, and dirty dishes!
Providenciales boasts more than a hundred eateries, from ultra chic, formal dining establishments to ‘walk-in from the beach’ bistros, and everything in between. Lobster Thermidor, fresh tuna, jerk chicken, creamy mash, exotic veg and decadents desserts are all at the tip of your fork.
Food is an important part of life, and when on holiday, one of the most enjoyable activities. We took the time to prepare a nice round up of suggestions that will help guide your TCI dining experience. A valid driver’s license required. An International Driving Permit (IDP) is not needed, unless your licence is not in English.
A valid passport and credit card are usually required.
Most of the main roads on Providenciales are paved, so there’s usually no need for a 4×4 or a high clearance vehicle. There are however a few exceptions. IMPORTANT: – People drive on the left, here. It can be confusing and perhaps dangerous for some. Many drivers are not careful and challenged by this. Consult, download and/or print the map of the island: http://bit.ly/2imgWCv

Villa 1 – June 2015
Villa 2 – November 2016
Providenciales is a safe destination. The island has friendly, quiet residents and generally, there is very little crime, other than the occasional theft, which happens anywhere in the world. With White Villas, you’re extra safe. The owners are onsite, we have 9 round-the-clock security cameras, villas are located on a private compound and there is only one entry and exit that leads to Long Bay Hills. It’s private, safe and perfectly peaceful.
Meet The Owners
Greetings! We’re Simon, Pina and our son Max. A Canadian family that needed more sunshine in their life. Being from the North, our winters are long and harsh, and we really wanted to be able to live outdoors most of the time. Turks and Caicos offers countless, warm, sunny days, plus a safe, comfortable environment that caters to all our needs. We’d visited over 15 Caribbean islands before arriving in Providenciales and sinking our toes into soothing Long Bay beach. My wife Pina and I immediately fell in love with the place and decided Provo was going to be our home. After years of hard work, we picked the perfect spot and built the White Villas collection, thinking that our guests may also be looking for the same thing: a beautifully designed space that encourages both rest and recreation, and the perfect setting for quality time spent with family and friends. Make our little paradise yours. Come down and we’ll help you create long-lasting, positive memories. Call or email us in English, Français or Italiano, or stop by our villas. We’ll be happy to talk to you about Turks and Caicos, show you around and see how we can help you plan your best villa vacation ever.
