Renting a villa? Make sure the owners are in the house.
Not literally. You wouldn’t want that. But close enough to be hands on, helpful, committed and thrilled to have you over. It makes a world of difference and quite honestly, in a sea of rentals, it’s what sets us apart.
Yep! We’re tooting our own horn.
When you’re booking a vacation house, it’s important to find the right place. One that makes you feel welcome and that actually looks like the photos you’ve seen. You know, that space that corresponds exactly to what you were hoping for.
We’ve worked hard to create the feeling of staying with a long-lost family, and we know great recommendations come from amazing experiences. When you’re in hospitality, that’s what it all boils down to.
This said, without further ado, here’s a short list of all the kind words and recognitions we’ve gotten over our short hospitality career. First, there’s our friend Google. With over 100 5-stars reviews we’re starting to think he likes us or at least, our guests do. Here’s what Gary recently had to say:
“You can tell the photos/videos of this property are professionally done, leading one to wonder what the property actually looks like. It is accurate at minimum, and likely understated. Simon and his family are easily the most responsive/helpful owners I’ve encountered on VRBO – they live nearby and so provide the personal assistance when needed. The place is stunning, with superior design that creates an environment where you feel you’re outside the entire time…”
And since Gary brings up VRBO, allow us to tell you that we’re a Premier Host. Why should this matter to you? Well it means we comply with the following description:
Premier Hosts provide great guest experiences by:
-
- maintaining a low cancellation rate
- receiving high review scores
- accepting and honoring bookings through our secure checkout
Beth booked through VRBO. Here’s how she felt about our property:
“Villa is perfect!! Great location. Beach is a 3 minute walk. Loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean. The villa had everything we needed for our family of 5. Simon is a fabulous host. Absolute paradise!”
Because our guests can book through many different channels, you may have found us through AirBnB or even Tripadvisor. On AirBnB, we’re considered Super Hosts which means the experiences we deliver are rated top notch and we stand out with all the added services we provide.
John recently stayed with us in December and frankly, we were ecstatic over the kind words he chose to share:
“My fiance and I had the pleasure of staying at White Villas for 3 weeks, our trip to Turks literally changed our lives. Simon, Pina & Max are incredible hosts with a wealth of knowledge about the island and ready to help with anything you need. We usually stay at Four Seasons and W Hotel, we can tell you the experience at White Villas was top notch. The villa has everything you need for a comfortable and luxurious experience, the kitchen is massive and fully stocked with pots, pans, coffee maker, etc so if you choose to make breakfast or dinner you’ll feel right at home. The outdoors are beautifully landscaped and come with a generous sized pool. There is also lots of patio furniture you can lounge on. Upstairs the king size beds are super comfy, the washrooms come with a massive stand up shower and large vanity. Thank you Simon, Pina and Max for making our trip so memorable. We can’t wait to return in the spring.”
We could share more reviews, but what we really want to say is how much heart and soul our family puts into each guest experience. The White Villas are our only business and we deliver 100%.
Whereas 95% of the villas are managed by hired property managers and absent owners, we’ve managed to carve out a special place because we’re involved. And if a problem arises, we’ll deal with it, almost faster than you can say piña colada.
Finally, good ratings also come from the fact that we offer LOTS of services. Easy planning, everything you could want and need, managed by a friendly canadian family that never wants to leave the island. How does that sound?
