*Prices fluctuate enormously, depending on the type of accommodation that is chosen and the different services that add-up during the trip. The time of year and room type also come into play. September is normally the most affordable time of the year for resorts, while major holidays have the highest rates. Keep in mind that resorts have service and facility taxes totalling 27%.
The Shore Club is the only full-service resort on beautiful Long Bay beach and was named Most Instagrammable Hotel in the World in 2021 and 2022. According to Jennifer Bohmann, a member of The Shore Club marketing team,
“Travel + Leisure announced the results of its annual World’s Best Awards survey recognizing The Shore Club as one of the best hotels in the world, and classifying it #82 on this year’s Top 100 Hotels in the World list. The hotel was also recognized among the Top Resort Hotels in the Caribbean, Bermuda and Bahamas, ranking at number 5.”
The resort’s location is attractive because Long Bay beach is quieter than Grace Bay beach, plus its shallow water allows guests to walk for miles in the Bay Area. This beach also happens to be a world class destination for kitesurfing.
A variety of rooms are available, from junior suites to 3-bedroom accommodations and executive penthouses. But, walking around the resort, what truly stands out are the ultra-luxury villas that provide the best of both worlds. With 8,800 sq ft of stand-alone space, they combine a private living (with a pool), with access to all the amenities of the resort.

Beautiful and relaxing, the resort offers a variety of dining options, with a total of 6 bars and restaurants. Sui-ren, their Asian fusion restaurant, is popular on Friday’s for their sushi special, while Almond Tree serves elevated comfort food to please every palete.
Grace Bay Club
The Grace Bay Club resort occupies a 1,100-foot beachfront location in the heart of Grace Bay, making it a great spot from which to access most restaurants and shops by foot. Every suite accommodation, including the pool and other common areas, are located oceanfront, placing you front row center for the Turks and Caicos’s main attraction; it’s crystal clear, turquoise sea.
To the delight of many parents, mornings at the kid’s town are included and offer several on-site activities. Adults wanting to add a little more excitement can invest in off-site activities like horseback riding in the afternoons.
There are 7 restaurants and bars available on site. The recently opened Taco bar is a casual venue on the beach, while Infinity restaurant and bar offers the kind of luxe experience you want to try at least once during your vacation. It’s one of the island’s most popular New Year’s Eve venues! Oh, and another fun perk: This all-suite resort includes a personal 24-hour concierge service through your mobile phone.

Single adults and couples without kids will also love how the hotel is divided into three sections. The adults-only hotel building, the family-friendly section and the estate area!
Guests often mention the variety and quality of the restaurants, and the pools, among the highlights of this resort.
Also located at the heart of Grace Bay Beach, The Palms is 12 acres of resort space, with peace and tranquility. With a 25,000-square-foot spa, a beautiful, spacious infinity pool and 72 suites, this resort is cozy and classy. Among their 6 restaurants and bars, Parallel 23 is considered one of the most exquisite fine dining experiences on the island, and quick tip, the lobster bisque is to die for!
The residence offers a selection of junior suites, one, two and three-bedroom suites, as well as ocean view or oceanfront penthouses.

Guests enjoy the kitchens and kitchenettes with high-end appliances, the hot-tubs and the infinity pool. And because it’s a property sister to The Shore club, you can shuttle between both properties and access all services.
Wymara resort stands out because of its more private location and its ‘detox and reset’ packages! Those seeking seclusion and extra privacy can even book a secluded villa, located practically on the water.
The resort offers a total of four restaurants and bars, including a culinary experience by award-winning Chef Andrew Mirosch. Whether you opt for a private dining experience or the beach BBQ, available every Wednesday and Saturday, at Wymara you’ll be served delicious, high-quality food, inspired by the flavors of the Turks and Caicos! Guests can choose between a villa, a studio or a suite. All suites come with a full kitchen, and superior bathrooms featuring separate spa tubs.
Previous guests mentioned that the weekly DJ sets, the food at the main restaurants, and the outdoor rain showers at the spa, are some of the features that keep them coming back.
The Seven-star resort location is ideal, as you can walk to most restaurants and shops. It also has the best wine tasting and food pairing experience on the island, with a 2500 bottle wine cellar and tasting room. The experience is guided by sommelier, Mia Mårtensson, with a menu designed by Executive Chef Edwin Gallardo.
On top of that, Seven Stars’s guests have access to gourmet experience ‘the Seven’, a beachfront restaurant with live music; The Deck, an outdoor patio restaurant; the Terrace, located across the street outside the resort, perfect for sports streaming; and finally, private dining on the beach!
The resort’s accommodations feature suites with up to 3 bedrooms, including kitchens and laundry rooms in some cases. Private villas are also available, for a more luxurious and private experience.

Guests appreciate the elegance of the resort, signature treatments at the spa, and the great food in all of the restaurants.
Last but not least, the Ritz is the only resort on the island with an onsite casino. Opened in June 2021, it’s the newest kid on the block. Guests here can choose from Mediterranean flavors at the Coralie, sushi at the lobby lounge, Italian cuisine at Casa Nonna, and the only BLT steak house on the island. On Valentine’s Day, the Ritz organized a 5 service semi-private dinner directly on the beach.
Located right by Seven stars, it’s a 5-minute walk from the IGA Gourmet, and most restaurants around Grace Bay.
The Ritz offers a selection of rooms, one or two-bedroom suites, and up to three-bedroom residential suites and penthouses. The new rooms are widely enjoyed by guests, as well as how family-friendly the resort is, but attention to detail seems to be an issue, according to its guests.

Simon, Pina and Max
The amanyara resort
We didn’t originally add this resort to the list, because of its position. However, ultimately we felt like it needed an honorable mention. Located on the north west point marine national park, it is very secluded from the rest of the island. The Amanyara resort is known for its luxurious feel and most of all unheard of privacy.
The resort is family friendly and offers wellness retreats to its guests, for the ultimate rejuvenating vacation. Guest can choose between a one bedroom pavillion or a villa for larger groups and family. In addition, the resort offers large sports and fitness areas, such as a full-size football field.
There are two restaurant options and a bar on the location, all offering quality and luxury.
Arguably the most high-end resort option on the island, rates start of at $2,850 per night.
