Now imagine, the artist behind this spread; a talented chef named Aki whose creations have surprised and delighted discerning guests at the Four Seasons, the One and Only, Cunard and Seaborn luxury cruises, also working along-side 3-star Michelin chef Thomas Kellar.

Endearing and entertaining, Chef Aki creates Italian, French, Asian, Indian, Thai or Creole inspired menus, among others, exclusively for White Villas guests, directly in their holiday kitchen. With table set-up, food, service and clean-up included, all you have to do is be curious and hungry for unique private dining experiences.

Perhaps you’ve come to relax, selected our villas for their beauty and comfort and want to avoid excessive restaurant hunting during your stay. Perfect. Aki whips up breakfasts, midday brunches and evening meals that rival any venue on the island.

    Herbal lemon drop, jerk chicken breast, arugula salad, and extra virgin olive oil.

    Roma tomato sauce, clam, shrimp, salmon, parmesan cheese, and fresh basil on spaghetti.
  • Stir Fried Garden Vegetables (veg.) – $90
    Served with garlic, ginger, cilantro, cashews and pan fried crispy tofu.
  • Surf and Turf – $145
    Filet mignon, lobster crab, roquefort ravioli, peppercorn gravy, herbs and mesclun salad. (Grilled ½ lobster tail)
