WHITE VILLA is a luxurious retreat located in Long Bay Beach (5 min. from Grace Bay). This 2 bed/3 bath villa can accommodate up to 6 people. A 3-minute stroll takes you straight to the beach, equipped with chairs and SUP. With no current, no coral, no waves, it’s absolutely perfect for beach lovers and kiteboarders. Our cluster of 15 villas allows us to offer services and amenities you’d normally only find in a 5-stars hotel.

We had an amazing week at White Villas, this really is luxury living and Villa 1 was perfect for our family of 5. Simon and Pina were fantastic hosts and it was really nice to meet them in person during our stay. Renting a car through WV was easy and recommended so you don’t have to deal with the hassle of renting through the large corporate companies. The Villa is in a perfect location and we were able to get around and explore different parts of the island…The local people were friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back soon!

White Villa, Villa #1, was exactly as advertised. Actually a
White Villa, Villa #1, was exactly as advertised. Actually a lot cooler and bigger than we expected. We like staying away from hotels and having our own little private area and this place was exactly that, quiet, clean and everything you need or could want. We originally wanted to stay ocean front, but this Villa pretty much was on the ocean it’s on the street nearest to the ocean in long bay. There is a private walkway down to the beach. They had chairs and paddle boards all ready to go right at the beach. The walk from our villa to the ocean was no more than 2 minutes from the driveway to the ocean water. We saw someone had complained it was a long walk and laughed once we actually walked ourselves. It’s incredibly convenient and overall was a pleasant stay. Would highly recommend booking with White Villas. They provide their own rental as well which is a requirement to book a stay. It was all easy and smooth going very simple. It’s nice to get out and explore the island.

Our experience at White Villas could not have been better. Simon and his team helped us plan several fun excursions, gave us great restaurant recommendations, and overall made the week very special. The Villa itself was modern, private, and very comfortable. Access to the beach was quick and easy and we were able to visit several beaches on our stay thanks to the handy vehicle rental option that Simon and his team provide. They've literally thought of everything and we will definitely be back

My husband and I enjoyed two weeks in this beautiful villa. Another couple joined us for part of our stay. We had a wonderful time. The location of White Villas is great. It’s very near Grace Bay and all of its attractions. The resort provides you everything you need to enjoy your time in Turks and Caicos‘s. You have a access to a beach just steps away from the villa. The host was very helpful and informative throughout our visit. You have access to a private chef, massage, kite surfing lessons, and boating with snorkeling excursions. We enjoyed a dinner one evening prepared by the private chef. It was delicious. Our friends enjoyed a couple’s massage and said it was great. I highly recommend White Villas to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Turks and Caicos.

We really enjoyed our stay at the white villas, the layout of the villa is great with an open concept, the pool design is really cool with a bar and in-pool stools, the beach is at short walking distance. We met our Host Karim who was kind enough to show us around the rest of the property and all the new things that will be added in the future like a pickleball court. We will definitely stay again at the white villas.

Excellent stay at White Villas
Property is even better in real life. Well suited for families and friends, accurately described in pictures, 3 minutes walk to beautiful, quiet beach. But what really made the trip was Simon, Karim, Pina and Max and their knowledge of the island, including its restaurants and beaches. We followed their recommendations and were never disappointed. Highlight of the week was two dinners prepared by private chef, Aki. He is excellent.

The house is amazing with lots of extras like beach chairs, cooler and beach amenities to make your trip unforgettable! Highly recommend booking one of their houses as we will be back!

The White Villas are an amazing place to stay in TCI, it is super well equipped and everything in the villa is high quality. A few steps away from the beach (quiet and never crowded), where you will find kayaks and paddle boards to be used by the guests. Simon was extremely responsive and kind throughout the entire stay. We’ll surely be back soon!

We had a wonderful Christmas vacation. In Turks and Caicos at the White Villas. Everything from the arrival at the airport where the FJ was waiting for us to the beautiful villa exactly as described. The open air kitchen and living space in the villa was so wonderful and our family of four loved having our space to hang out, listen to music, swim in the pool, lay in the sun, cook meals, read books and relax and enjoy our week together. The beds were so comfortable and the bedding and towels were very nice quality. The villa was in a great location about 20 minutes from the airport but 10-15 minutes from other great beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. We spent one of our nights watching an outdoor movie on the property at White Villas and our family enjoyed our time with Pina, Simon and Max. We are already looking forward to our next visit to T&C and our stay at White Villas. Thank you Pina, Simon and Max for an amazing Christmas vacation.

We usually stay at Four Seasons and W Hotel, we can tell you the experience at White Villas was top notch.
The villa has everything you need for a comfortable and luxurious experience, the kitchen is massive and fully stocked with pots, pans, coffee maker, etc so if you choose to make breakfast or dinner you'll feel right at home.
The outdoors are beautifully landscaped and come with a generous sized pool. There is also lots of patio furniture you can lounge on.
Upstairs the king size beds are super comfy, the washrooms come with a massive stand up shower and large vanity.

Beautiful home with great architectural design and plenty of space for our group of 4 ladies. Even prettier in person than on pictures! Walking distance to Long Bay beach - which turned out to be our favorite all week so that was very convenient. Easy 20 min drive from airport and 10-15 drive to almost everywhere else. Pina and Simon were very hospitable and welcoming; gave good recommendations and generously had bikes and stand up paddle boards to use at the villas. Would recommend. Thanks again!!

What an incredible stay. When one goes on vacation, the place you call home is a very important part of the package. We loved every part of this home. I enjoyed my mornings sipping coffee with my feet in the pool. My husband preferred the outdoor lounging sofa while my teenage daughters slept in. We explored the island by day and raced home for cocktails and a dip in the pool (or the beautiful sea only steps away from white villas). We cooked beautiful meals and enjoyed them under the stars. We ventured out as well as the location can’t be beat. We were just minutes to grace bay, pelican beach, best restaurants and the grocery. We loved every minute of our stay. Pina, Simon and Max were truly lovely! Treat yourself to this 😊

Excellent family vacation- what a wonderful Villa
The White Villas are an excellent property for a family vacation. They are designed in such a way that you can truly enjoy the wonderful weather that Turks and Caicos has to offer at all times. As the mom, I especially loved the outdoor kitchen which allowed me to feel like I was with the family while they were swimming or playing games, and still prep breakfast or lunch.
The beach is a short walk and the water is wonderful. We swam in the beach and pool every day. Also we had a blast in the boating excursion that Simon runs. All-in-all a wonderful vacation and wonderful hosts- thank you!

Villa is perfect!! Great location. Beach is a 3 minute walk. Loved sitting on balcony overlooking the ocean. The villa had everything we needed for our family of 5. Simon is a fabulous host. Absolute paradise!

We went to Prove over the Thanksgiving Holiday with a family of 5 (3 teenage girls). White Villas was perfect. Modern, super clean, great indoor/outdoor living. I have stayed in numerous VBRO's and Simon was by far the best host. Super helpful in all aspects of our stay. Restaurants, beaches to visit, kiteboarding, diving and even hooked me up with a great bonefishing guide. We would definatley go back to White Villa's.

The villa was great! We had a great time. Simon and Pina and Max where great. He responded to all questions very fast they stopped on to check on us. We had a great day on the boat and the kids loved the jet skis. We will definitely return. We had a great time in the pool and the Villa was very nice.
Amazing stay
We couldn't decide which part of the island to stay at and were thrilled with our choice. Long Bay is quiet area, yet only 5 minutes away from Grace Bay, which is not the case for other regions such Chalk sound or Sapodilla. This villa was incredible: The beds were extremely comfortable, there was lots of living space indoors and outdoors and we spent lots of time in the pool. Oh, you could not ask for a better owner. Simon was truly a gracious host. All I can say: Don't hesitate to book this villa.
AWESOME! Truly the best way to experience Turks & Caicos
Simon our host was fantastic. The villa is beautiful, simply decorated with having family in mind but in an upscale way. There was simply nothing negative we could say! Stand up paddle boards provided, beach chairs, beach umbrella and a cooler. Proximity to beach was perfect and yet far enough to provide privacy. Getting around the island was great and we were able to enjoy all of the island without feeling locked in at one place! One of our best vacations ever!

Is this heaven?... asked my 6 yr old son on our first evening at White Villas. The lit pool, the stars in the clear sky, swimming with its parents around – so cute. My husband and I, travelling with our 2 children, found White Villa 1 to be just perfect for us. We spent the majority of our time in the outdoor space – that was the whole idea. The villa design, with its indoor-outdoor concept, was perfect for that. Even indoors, either cooking or reading, we always felt outdoors. What a nice change from back home! And what a nice island to visit: the 20 spots document provided by Simon – a great host - was just great. All in all, I think my son was right.
Beautiful Property to Relax with Friends & Family
We just returned from a ten day trip at White Villas and had a wonderful time. Everything was exactly as described and pictured online.
The pool area is perfect for relaxing in the sun or playing cards or games. The covered breezeway was a great escape from the sun and enjoyable place for eating lunch or dinner. We cooked most mornings and evenings and found everything that we needed in the IGA nearby. It was also very nice to have the outdoor grill at our disposal.
We were pleased to find that the kitchen cabinets and refrigerator were both nicely stocked with oils, spices, condiments and a few other leftover items from previous renters.
All of the bedrooms had very comfortable mattresses and the pullout sofa in the living room was also quite comfortable.
While on the island we golfed at the Provo Golf Club, visited many beaches and chartered a boat - what a great experience that was!
Thank you to the owner Simon for all his help with the rental process, our arrival and additional needs. Any questions that we had he was very quick to answer.
I would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Providenciales. You won't be disappointed.

Our stay at whitevillas was absolutely amazing. Not only is the place absolutely gorgeous but Simon made us feel very welcome and took great care of us. We are a large family (3 kids plus an au pair) and the house was perfect size for us. Simon hooked us up with baby gear right from the start and amenities at the house are great (SUP boards, fantastic pool, gas barbecue, killer kitchen, great showers/bathrooms). The location is great to see colors the island, it’s quiet but still very close to grace bay. We enjoyed barefoot runs of the beach every morning (watch out for the massive but beautiful conch on the beach), relaxation by the pool, stand up paddle boards adventures and beautiful beaches across the whole island.
Hands down one of the most spectacular places we’ve ever
Hands down one of the most spectacular places we’ve ever stayed. Simon and Pina’s White Villas are truly one-of-a-kind. If you’re considering a trip to T&C, this is where you need to stay. The contemporary open air living space is absolutely beautiful (trust me—the pictures don’t do it justice). The pool with built-in bar is perfect for taking a break from the heat. And the fully equipped kitchen + outdoor BBQ is great for making meals at home. Upstairs the bedrooms have floor to ceiling sliding doors that open up to stunning views. And you’ll love the walk-in showers with great water pressure. To top this all off was Simon himself. He was there for everything we needed. He provided a great guide for us to follow while we were there and even gave someone in our group free kite surfing lessons. Lastly, the rental car: We spent a lot of time going back and forth with a few rental companies but in the end rented the FJ Cruiser from Simon. It couldn’t have been a better experience. It was cheaper than an island rental and it was there waiting for us at the airport upon arrival! I can’t say enough good things about our entire experience in T&C at the White Villas. We will definitely visit again. Thanks again Simon and Pina!
Bonus note for any of you who worry about the weather like myself: Don’t trust the forecast. It called for a 50% chance of rain the entire time we were there in mid-October. But it only rained a few times at night while we slept. It was 100% sunshine the rest of the time. The weather could not have been more perfect.

Our group of 4 spent last week in Pina & Simon’s house & we enjoyed every bit of it. We chose the house before choosing the island. Once we got to the house it was literally breathtaking, super clean & organize. Simon was a huge help. Every time we needed him, he was always there. Simon will tell us where are the best restaurants, best beaches & etc. He even has a map to show us exactly where everything is. This was an amazing experience & we wanted to thank Simon for that. We will definitely book this beautiful house next time we visit Turks & Caicos.

My husband and I were in Turks and Caicos for the week celebrating 25 years of marriage! From the minute we got there until it was time to leave, we enjoyed every minute! Our favorite memory is scuba diving (my first experience). The instructors at Dive Provo were all so kind, patient with me as a beginner and provided us with four amazing dives! Our favorite restaurant was Cocovan. Everything we got was delicious, the churros with ice-cream and hot fudge sauce is a must for dessert and the setting was so cozy! We really enjoyed taking the paddle boards from the house over to the mangroves and paddled around there. It was peaceful and of course so beautiful! We did walk down to Shore Club a couple of times and had a few drinks and relaxed, it is a very nice resort! Do attend the fish fry on Thursday night. It is an experience and the ceviche from Froggy's is absolutely delicious!!

Five of us stayed at White Villas. We brought down some of our own food and cooked a few of the nights we were there. Went to fantastic restaurants the other nights.
We had a couple slight challenges, 1) Grill was out of gas, and 2) Frig stopped working. The owner Simon gave us another gas tank right away and Frig was repaired the same day. We appreciated the owner quick response to address these issues.
The villa was modern, open-space... and the wi-fi worked well, AC in bedrooms worked perfectly, and the area is surrounded by $1m+ homes. You really need a rental car if you stay on Long Beach. No problems at all driving around on the left side and there is a very nice grocery - IGC Gourmet - just 5 minutes away.
There was always a nice breeze, which was great during the day and at night we had no bugs.

A Wonderful Villa
This villa was clean and had everything we needed and more. Plenty of space and comfy cozy - the indoor - outdoor concept is pretty unique I have to say. The communication with Simon and Pina was also excellent. They were very helpful and checked in to make sure we were having a great vacation. Their communications felt like we were friends. You can tell they love Providenciales and take great pride in their villa.
The pool was fantastic, with pool chairs, the bar and the lap lane. The location is very convenient too, a few minute walk to the beach and 5 min. drive to Grace Bay and all the restaurants.
The flowers and landscaping were outstanding as well. No sign of the last hurricane there.
We enjoyed visiting Long Bay, Grace Bay, Sunset Beach, Pelican Beach and Sapodilla bay. Great restaurants on the island as well. But the best part of our trip was spending quality family time in this wonderful villa.

We had a fantastic stay at White Villa. The location is only about 20 minutes from the airport and is in a quiet area. The property is amazing and we loved the indoor/outdoor space, the private pool, the view from the upper floor, and the large showers. The beach was only a few minutes walk and was spectacular - there were only a few people on the beach plus the kite surfers, and the water was beautiful. We loved being able to go back and forth from the beach to the private pool. There was a grocery store, local restaurants and shops within a few minutes drive. Communications with Simon and Pina were great, and we appreciated the tips on a boat trip, jeep rental and restaurants. We also loved the boat trip with Captain Matt, which was another highlight of our trip. Thank you Simon and Pina for a wonderful vacation!

It was our second time in T&C. Our stay at the white villas was simply amazing. Simon is a thoughtful welcoming host who made us feel at home immediately. The house is like in the pictures, i.e. breathtaking. It is located in Long Bay Beach, on the south east side of the island.
The house is completely open to outside, thanks to the two garage doors which create, when opened, a seamless area encompassing the kitchen, the dining area / BBQ and the pool. The bedrooms are located on the second floor. The house offers all equipment and amenities you would need: wifi, TV & AC in all rooms, bluetooth soundbar to play music wirelessly, BBQ, etc. Plenty of towels, beach chairs and umbrellas are provided. The kitchen is fully furnished. The house also comes with stand up boards. You just need to bring your bathing suit and your sunscreen pretty much...
The beach is a short walk away (5 minutes maybe?), and in a week, we saw no one, except for the occasional joggers / walkers and the horse riders from a barn nearby. We explored other beaches but the pool was so comfortable and the beach so private that we always ended just coming back "home".
Grocery stores and many restaurants are available within a few miles radius. You'll need a car to get around.

White Villas is an amazing property — wonderful architecture, landscaping
White Villas is an amazing property -- wonderful architecture, landscaping and beautiful modern decor. This property provided all the amenities of home plus the added bonus of the incredible ocean view. The location was perfect - just a short 5 minute walk to the beach with many other quiet beach spots to visit that were a short drive from the villa. Simon was an amazing host and a great resource! He offered many great insights to the local places to eat and visit as well as provided suggestions on water activities. Highly recommend White Villas and we look forward to another visit in the near future!
Fantastic stay at White Villas!
We truly enjoyed our stay at White Villas. Though we are no strangers to the island, we did enjoy the new views from the villa and loved meeting Simon and his family. Thank you for the boat ride and tubing - the vision of Max 10 feet in the air will stay with us 🙂
For those that haven't visited Provo previously, Long Bay Beach is well worth your consideration. Relatively deserted compared to its more famous cousin on the north side of the island, it offers an environment completely different - while the waves on Grace Bay were raucous due to some abnormal weather conditions, Long Bay's calm waters and on shore breezes played hosts to 10-20 kiteboarders (which were great to watch and, we suspect, even more fun to try - - next time!). From White Villas, we were able to experience both with relative ease. Proximity to restaurants and other activities is excellent, while you can also enjoy the feeling of being away from all the buzz around the large resorts. Simon and Pina are the best hosts we've had on Provo or elsewhere and we highly recommend their villas.
Perfect Vacation
We absolutely loved the Villa! It was so beautiful and clean. The villa was fully stocked which was really important to us because we cooked a lot at the house. The pool was amazing and the owners were so easy to contact and accommodating. Location was perfect and the view from the balcony was really relaxing. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The White Villa's are absolutely spectacular! Super high-end with all the upgrades you would expect in a luxurious property. Pina and Simon were actually on site during our stay which was just weeks after hurricanes Irma and Maria passed by. The White Villas stood tall and suffered only minor tree damage which pretty much grew back in front of our eyes during our stay. What a hearty land!! Pina and Simon were so very helpful with our concerns of storm damage and island conditions. They quickly addressed our concerns and were spot on in there responses. We had a great trip thanks to our hosts which were super helpful. We will most certainly be back to the White Villas in years to come. The island is marvelous and the water is crystal clear like a bathtub. So beautiful!! I hope you too choose to stay at the White Villas and make lasting memories and relaxation.

Such a beautiful home! When we arrived, Simon took us on a tour of the island and showed us delicious restaurants and beautiful secluded places to sit on the beach. Simon was always there to answer any questions that we had about the island and the house. We hate our vacation was cut short, but we definitely plan on taking another trip to Turks and Caicos and hope to stay at the White Villas again!

Pina and Simon created a little paradise on the Islands. The house and grounds are spectacular and every detail is carefully curated. If you're into design and good craftsmanship you will love this place. The clean lines of the architecture and interior create a perfect backdrop for the ocean and island vegetation. Simon and his family made us feel very welcome and made this trip a dream come true.

This villa is a must for anyone going to Provo with either a family or solo. It has everything you need. Perfect location and the villa itself is incredible. Pina and Simone were amazing hosts and were available to answer any questions we had immediately....which were hardly any as they have everything laid out for us before hand! Incredible experience!

What a amazing villa! We loved the industrial chic garage doors that opened the kitchen up to the pool. We had a great time hanging in the pool and walking to the beach. Mike the property manager made us feel right at home and gave us some recommendations for local flavor. He even called in some favors for us because some activities were booked up. The water is super calm on low wind days but when there's wind you can jump in on a kite surfing lesson (a must) or just enjoy the view. Simon and Pina were more than accommodating to any request we had. The only little request I would make is to ask the landscapers to add water to the pool a few days prior to arrival if there are no guests there. It took a few days to warm up, other than that it was perfect!

A true Villa it is- A must experience!!
Where to start... Our first time to Turks and Caicos and surely not our last thanks to an amazing villa that upheld its name. Quite magical from the moment we entered, but the true beauty arrived in the am with the sunrise. The clear blue ocean in the background and you are sipping on coffee on the deck. The house was magical in every way, from having breakfast with the 'gates' open to drinking wine at the pool bar, to taking the little path near the house towards the beach. We were mesmerized and felt safe at every point even though it seems like quite the secluded spot. The villa is even equipped with an alarm system. Unfortunately, our pre-paid cell phone that was left there didn't work but we still managed to communicate with Surf Pro via email to book our paddle tour. We definitely experienced great bbq with incredibly warm weather. In a nutshell, the villa is exactly how the pictures depict it and we would love to be back there. The owners make it easy to be prepared for the trip and they have built a home for people that seek to still find parts of the world less travelled. The quietness in the evening is heightened with the perfect lighting to have a romantic getaway or simply enjoy a family getaway. I can't stop saying great things about the house. One of the best getaways we have had.
Best Vacation EVER
We were one of the first guests at White Villas and it sure felt like we were pampered through the whole process. Pina and Simon are amazing owners - so easy to work with. White Villas really offers white glove treatment to its guests. John (property manager) was super helpful and friendly. We absolutely loved the open feel of the villa. It was SUPER CLEAN. It had everything you would need or want in terms of a getaway.
We rented a vehicle to explore all of the great places on the island (Grace Bay, Chalk Sound, etc). Turks and Caicos has been my favorite vacation ever - the beauty of the island, the friendly locals, and the awesomeness of the White Villas. Pina and Simon really did think of everything when they designed the villa - from leaving two local pre-paid phones for guests to use, to equipping the villa with big screen Smart TVs, to all of the great kitchen gear needed to enjoy cooking your own meals, to the excellent floorplan of the place, to.....I could go on and on. Long Bay (2 minute walk) is so cool if you want an entire huge beach to yourself (literally), and Grace Bay is only a 5 minute drive on the other side of the island.

More than we ever expected
My husband and I were excited to get to this Villa since we both felt in love based on the pictures on the Internet. And once we arrived we were still impressed by the design, the pool, the views, the amenities and the open space with the garage doors opened. Its location was convenient as well, being not too far from grocery stores and restaurants. The night life and fine dining experiences we had were outstanding – thanks to the owners’ recommendations. Over all, an experience we will never forget.
AMAZING VACATION
We just returned from White Villa and we are already looking at our calendar to see when we can book another trip back! White Villa truly felt like our home away from home (except our home is not as nice :). The Villa was decorated beautifully and filled from top to bottom with any amenities we could have ever needed. Our favourite part of the day was in the morning when we would sit out on the upstairs terrace having coffee overlooking the turquoise water. We did go to the beaches every day (Long, Grace, Sapodilla and Taylor bays), but it was nice afterwards to come « home » and relax in our own pool with no one else around. The people on the island were so friendly and welcoming. I honestly can't say enough wonderful things about our whole experience.
BEST VILLA RENTAL ON PROVO
We have been to Turks and Caicos multiple times and each time have rented a different villa. White Villa is by far the best rental we have found for our budget. The property owner and manager were very attentive to your every need. They even left a prepaid cell phone to use for making calls on the island. The condition of the villa is exactly as the photos depict. This has not been the case in the last few rentals we used. Everything was in excellent condition. We rarely give reviews like this but White Villa deserves it.

Perfect vacation! We absolutely loved the Villa! It was so beautiful and clean. The villa was FULLY stocked which was really important to us because we cooked a lot at the house. The pool was amazing and the property managers and owners were wonderful and so easy to contact. Location was perfect proximity to all the sites and the view from the top balcony was really relaxing. I would highly recommend this place to my friends. I will say my only downfall was that the rooms are very bright and I like to sleep in so that made it difficult. But after all it is paradise and not a time to sleep. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
