White Villas Resort in Turks and Caicos: A Comprehensive Review

From the moment we decided to book this villa to the moment we came back, Pina was always there for us and helpful in every way. Everything was as described on the Website and more. We were particularly pleased with the location and the cleanliness of the villa. One of the best things about this property is its indoor/outdoor living experience. The garage doors were always open.

The beach is only minutes walk away. Long bay beach is safe with fine white sand stretching for miles. On the beach, we could just relax and not seeing anyone for hours. Blissful solitude. Long walks on a spectacular beach.

You will definitely need a car to get to stores and restaurants. Grace Bay is only minutes away. Overall the villa, the view, the ocean and the weather were all great. We look forward to returning as soon as we can.

PERFECT FOR MY FAMILY

My husband and I were looking for a quiet retreat yet we also wanted to be minutes from Grace Bay for the sake of my teenagers . White Villas was perfect! It’s a brand new construction with lots of modern amenities.

The beach was only a 3 minute walk away and it had miles of fine white sand. It had ideal conditions for kite surfing (which my teens will do next time) or lazing on a beach chair with a good book. I could count on 1 hand the number of other people on the beach.

You will need a car to get around if you want to go to other beaches or sightsee around the island. I also particularly enjoyed lounging on the bar stools in the pool with a cool drink. One of the best features of the Villa was the open concept. We could open glass garage doors. You never felt like you were inside. A truly memorable holiday.

PARADISE FOUND

I found my paradise in the White Villas! Divine pleasure for all the senses.

My eyes were seduced by nature’s canvas of lush greens, soft whites and arrays of turquoise. My ears fell under the spell of the wind’s song. My skin kissed by the sun’s rays. My nose aroused by the ocean’s salty air. From the terrace, I witness the orange glow of each new day. Ideal spot for yoga, reading and the morning’s first coffee.

A big thank you to Pina whose attention to details and exquisite taste made my stay cozy and luxurious. I’m already looking forward to my next time.

The house was amazing. Everything was immaculate and was in such a good private location. Nothing was more than 5-10 min away. The stay could not have been more perfect.

Pina, Simon and Michael (property manager) were outstanding and were there when we needed anything from start to finish. We will definitely be staying at White Villas again in the near future.

PERFECT VACATION

We absolutely loved the Villa! It was so beautiful and clean. The villa was FULLY stocked which was really important to us because we cooked a lot at the house. The pool was amazing and the property managers and owners were wonderful and so easy to contact.

Location was perfect proximity to all the sites and the view from the top balcony was really relaxing. I would highly recommend this place to my friends.

I will say my only downfall was that the rooms are bright and I like to sleep in so that made it difficult. But after all it is paradise and not a time to sleep. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

MORE THAN WE EVER EXPECTED

My husband and I were excited to get to this Villa since we both felt in love based on the pictures on the Internet.

And once we arrived we were still impressed by the design, the pool, the views, the amenities and the open space with the garage doors opened. Its location was convenient as well, being not too far from grocery stores and restaurants. The night life and fine dining experiences we had were outstanding – thanks to the owners’ recommendations. Over all, an experience we will never forget.

AMAZING VACATION AT THIS BEAUTIFUL HOME

We just returned from White Villa and we are already looking at our calendar to see when we can book another trip back! White Villa truly felt like our home away from home (except our home is not as nice :). The Villa was decorated beautifully and filled from top to bottom with any amenities we could have ever needed. Our favourite part of the day was in the morning when we would sit out on the upstairs terrace having coffee overlooking the turquoise water.

We did go to the beach every day (Long, Grace, Sapodilla and Taylor bays), but it was nice afterwards to come « home » and relax in our own pool with no one else around. The people on the island were also so friendly and welcoming. I honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about our whole experience.

BEST WEEK EVER

My wife and I traveled with our long-time friends to Provo. We had been to the island 4 times before (to Beaches in fact, with our kids), but this was the first time we rented a villa. As soon as we turned the corner and saw the bright white villa, we were blown away. The design, the views, the open kitchen, the secluded beach… Yes, the secluded beach and the private pool – it will to be hard to stay in a hotel after this experience. We will definitely be back. A special shout out to Pina and Mike for making the booking process and our stay so easy and relaxing, thanks again!

SIMPLY AWESOME

Our family spent a week at White Villa and in many ways, our expectations were far exceeded. This villa is spectacular in cleanliness, location, style, amenities. From renting the property to meeting us at the villa, everyone was so informative, helpful and accommodating. We cannot say enough to give this Villa the praise it deserves. Loved it.

WONDERFUL HONEYMOON

Breathtaking, stunning, and extremely modern! Pictures do not do this property justice. My husband and I rented this villa for our honeymoon and we had a WONDERFUL experience. We spent the majority of the time in the pool 🙂 The owners were extremely generous and helpful throughout the renting process! They definitely provided legendary service by going above and beyond our expectations. The house is a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world – Long Bay! We will definitely return to this villa for future vacations! If you are heading to T&C, I highly recommend this property!!

BEST VACATION EVER

We were one of the first guests at White Villas and it sure felt like we were pampered through the whole process. Pina and Simon are amazing owners – so easy to work with. White Villas really offers white glove treatment to its guests. John (property manager) was super helpful and friendly. We absolutely loved the open feel of the villa. It was SUPER CLEAN. It had everything you would need or want in terms of a getaway.

We rented a vehicle to explore all of the great places on the island (Grace Bay, Chalk Sound, etc). Turks and Caicos has been my favorite vacation ever – the beauty of the island, the friendly locals, and the awesomeness of the White Villas. Pina and Simon really did think of everything when they designed the villa – from leaving two local pre-paid phones for guests to use, to equipping the villa with big screen Smart TVs, to all of the great kitchen gear needed to enjoy cooking your own meals, to the excellent floorplan of the place, to…..I could go on and on.

Long Bay (2 minute walk) is so cool if you want an entire huge beach to yourself (literally), and Grace Bay is only a 5 minute drive on the other side of the island. We will be back! Thanks again Pina and Simon 🙂

A TRUE VILLA IT IS – A MUST EXPERIENCE

Where to start… Our first time to Turks and Caicos and surely not our last thanks to an amazing villa that upheld its name. Quite magical from the moment we entered, but the true beauty arrived in the am with the sunrise. The clear blue ocean in the background and you are sipping on coffee on the deck. The house was magical in every way, from having breakfast with the ‘gates’ open to drinking wine at the pool bar, to taking the little path near the house towards the beach.

We were mesmerized and felt safe at every point even though it seems like quite the secluded spot. The villa is even equipped with an alarm system. Unfortunately, our pre-paid cell phone that was left there didn’t work but we still managed to communicate with Surf Pro via email to book our paddle tour. We definitely experienced great bbq with incredibly warm weather. In a nutshell, the villa is exactly how the pictures depict it and we would love to be back there.

The owners make it easy to be prepared for the trip and they have built a home for people that seek to still find parts of the world less travelled. The quietness in the evening is heightened with the perfect lighting to have a romantic getaway or simply enjoy a family getaway. I can’t stop saying great things about the house. One of the best getaways we have had.

GREAT HOLIDAYS IN TURKS

Just returned from spending NYE @ White Villas with our 4 sons ages 11,14,18, & 20. The home is beautiful- a modern masterpiece! Everything was neat, organized, & labeled which was much appreciated. Mike, the Property Manager, was very knowledgeable and readily accessible. Access to virtually your own private beach was just a 3 minute walk away. House was well appointed with linens, towels, dishes, beach chairs, outdoor grill… really enjoyed our stay!

AMAZING HOME!

Just returned from a week long stay at the White Villa. Home is exactly as described and shown on website. Very open floor plan which makes for an amazing stay. Leaving garage doors open during the day with the fans on and at night was a great feeling. All modern amenities are included in home.

Owner was very quick to resign via email to answer any questions. Chris, local the property manager was also very helpful and quick to respond to any issues. 3 minute walk to an amazing white secluded beach of your own. Will definitely return.

A HAVEN IN TURKS

We spent a week last December and loved every moment. The villa is magnificient and confortable with all amenities you would expect.

Just a three minute walk to an almost deserted beautiful beach where we could kite surf, walk for hours and even horse back ride. It is the perfect spot to learn kite surfing, there is even a launching post !

Also, Kite Provo school is a ten minute walk where we took lessons and achieved our goal of riding after 3 – 4 lessons.

In summary, we will definitely return to this paradise !

BEAUTIFUL HOME AND AMAZING BEACH!

From the moment I inquired about the villa to the day we left – the experience was first class. The owner Simon and Pina are simply great hosts, they made sure our stay was perfect. Mike, the property manager is responsive – real time, he also goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is amazing.

The villa’s design is unique, you are basically “living” outdoors. The beach is clean, very private and a short walk away from the home. We highly recommend this villa for families of 4 or small group of friends. The location is very close to “downtown” grace bay restaurants and grocery store, everything you need is 5-10 minutes away. We will return.

AMAZING

The beach is a 3 minute walk away. We have 4 children who loved this place. There was LOTS of space for the 6 of us. The pool was kid-friendly too! We ate in the huge kitchen most times, but ate out some of the time too. Simon (the owner) was beyond friendly and accommodating.

Mike (the property manager) was superb too! This was a winner of a spot. The modern furnishings and layout were beyond our expectations and the indoor / outdoor set-up was super cool. We would return in a heartbeat. It was a real dream come true.

This was the best holiday I have had. The villa is perfect…in location, privacy, proximity to Grace Bay, value. I will recommend it to everyone…for the dates that I don’t want to return 🙂

Our family loved our stay at White Villas. Remote, isolated and quiet. The property is exactly what we expected and more. Open, modern, yet comfortable. We found the owners to be super friendly and available to answer questions, offer recommendations or advice.

The short walk to the isolated beach was nothing and well worth the tradeoff versus the crowds at Grace Bay. The crystal clear waters of Long Bay Beach were beautiful and the kids loved improving their SUP skills.

Très belle villa correspondant tout à fait au film. Très bien équipée à côté d’une magnifique plage de sable. Le Proprietaire Simon est adorable et nous a fait visiter l’île, il nous a également beaucoup aidé pour l’organisation de notre séjour. À refaire.

Je recommande de tester le Kite surf car l’endroit est idéal pour une première fois.

PERFECTION

My husband and I have always wanted to go to T&C, so when planning our 20th anniversary celebration, we decided to focus on villa rentals so we could have our “own” piece of paradise during our stay. We were celebrating/traveling with another couple, so when deciding on a property, we all felt that White Villa 1 would be perfect for us. And, I must say, we ALL felt as though White Villa 1 was MORE than perfect…it ended up exceeding all of our expectations!

From the moment we arrived, the charm of the villa, the beauty of the property, the warmth of the owners, the quiet location, all made for such an amazing experience. In fact, we were so blown away with the villa, that we spent the majority of our week enjoying our “home”. We truly felt we had everything that we needed at the White Villa and just enjoyed relaxing by/in the pool…and we all loved the open concept..just opened the garage doors &, voila, it was outdoor living at its best!

The breeze was amazing and having a “private” beach just steps away from our front door was SO nice. Whenever we needed/wanted to head over to Grace Bay, it was a quick, less than 10-minute drive across the Island to the grocery store, restaurants, resorts, etc. so you do need a car if you want to explore Provo. We did visit both Grace Bay and Chalk Sound, which were both very nice; however, we preferred our more quiet side of Long Bay.

Our highlight excursion was a 1/2 day boat ride with Matt. He took us to some non-touristy areas of T&C and shared some of the most beautiful places that I have ever seen. And, most of all, we enjoyed communicating/working with owners who really love “their” Island, as well as their property, and always went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was comfortable as well as memorable…it was truly a trip of a lifetime for us. SIMON SAYS

On our recent trip to TCI, we traveled as a family to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from high school (she brought a friend) and we all LOVED the white villa! Our favorite part of the property was the owner, Simon. We initially picked the villa online because we were drawn to the unique architectural design, but it was a HUGE bonus to find a villa where you can speak directly to the owner before booking (most use booking agencies).

Simon was an incredibly gracious host; he took us around the island upon arrival to show us some of the favorite local hotspots and checked on us throughout the trip. Simon’s enthusiasm for the island is infectious and his professionalism and attention to detail is evident in everything he does.

For activities, we enjoyed a private charter on The Catalyst, SUP paddle boarding, snorkeling at the Coral Gardens on Grace Bay, jet skiing on Sapodilla Bay, and beach hopping (check out Sunset beach!). Our top overall pic for food was definitely Cocovan... we basically ordered 1 of everything on the menu and the food was fresh, innovative, and housed in a relaxed outdoor atmosphere under the trees.

We also enjoyed Turks Kebab for lunch and Shay Café for breakfast. When booking White Villa, be sure to check out Simon’s website. He has it packed with useful information, tour links, and contact information for individuals who not only know the island but are also experts in their field. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!!

WE LOVED IT

First I want to apologise for my imperfect English! Unfortunately I am not a native speaker, but please be sure that our experience during our stay in the White Villas was really perfect. The architecture of the villa is fantastic and you have a nice view on the turquoise ocean. We loved the indoor – outdoor living which is highly supported by the architecture of the villa.

One of the greatest advantages was the fact that we had from the beginning a direct contact to Simon and Pina (the owners of the villas). During our stay Simon was also on the island and he is a incredibly gracious host and so supportive in every aspect of our stay.

At the first day he offered us a sightseeing tour and showed us all the highlights on the island. Beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, great view points and a lot more. He is so charming and we had a lot of fun when Simon was with us at dinner, our cocktail event and our barbecue. He also drove us to the canals with the SUP and picked us up and brought us back to the villa. Thanks a lot for all your efforts Simon, we really appreciated your fellowship during our stay at TCI.

Even if everything in life can be better we highly recommend to visit TCI and book the White Villas for your stay. And we know what we are talking about. Because during our stay we were invited in the „Pearls of Long Bay“ and yes indeed this villas are at least one level above White Villas (really incredible), they have direct beach access, butlers, private chefs and a lot of more special services.

But have a look in their price list and if you have about 10.000 $ left (per day!!) feel free to book these. But as I feel the price/value ratio of White Villas is by far much better! Simon we want to thank you for unforgettable days at Turks and Caicos and we wish you always the best for the upcoming time. I hope we will see us soon again.

EXCEPTIONAL PROPERTY

Very well appointed with all amenities imaginable. Fantastic experience starting with initial contact all the way through the stay.Pina & Simon were extraordinarily helpful suggesting a variety of different activities, restaurants and sites to visit. Absolute white glove, 5 star experience.

PURE MAGIC

What a magical spot you have found and what a paradise home you have built! It’s our dream house! Love the design, so beautiful and practical. Like our 4 year old boy said “I wish I had enough money to buy this house! I love it!” :=)) we chilled, we enjoyed the pool, the beach and the kite surfing school (all guests have a free lesson which was a nice surprise). Just what our family needed.

PERFECT FLOW, PERFECT HOST

The guest suite off the pool was ideal for privacy, and had amazing windows overlooking the pool, the kitchenette was a nice touch. The two bedrooms in the main house were a great size and gave the ability to spread out and unpack and not feel cramped at all. Showers and tile work were spacious and nicely done.

When you arrive and pull into the gate and driveway you see how beautiful the two White Villas are to the backdrop of the lush flowers and crushed limestone driveway, it is exactly as you see online and what you imagine in a tropical paradise. The architecture and modern design is amazing but not cold. You have everything you need to have an enjoyable time and experience.

Simon met us at the airport which was really nice and drove back to the villa with our luggage. He was a great resource to have available to give advice on beaches, restaurants and where to go and what to do. Since we arrived on Sunday and couldn’t buy any alcohol Simon was kind enough to drop off a few local beers for us to try after a long day of travel. He also took one couple with us to a secluded beach for a great paddle boarding session, they had the entire beach to themselves. Small gestures and tips like this made it a memorable experience.

PARADISE!

White Villa 2 is spectacular- everything the listing promises and more! The villa has great design and flow, feels new and clean, and is well stocked and extremely comfortable. We cooked breakfast/lunch every day, then ventured out to the Grace Bay restaurants for dinner, so many delicious choices.

We spent most afternoons on the beach at Long Bay, including one day of kite-surfing lessons- my 19 year old daughter loved it! Our best day was when Simon the owner took us out on his boat to explore the small cays of TCI- the waters and beaches are breathtaking. The kids water-skied and tubed too- a great day we will always remember! Thanks Simon!

THE ideal place to stay in TCI – When my wife and I travel, we opt for Luxe/Boutique hotels. In Turks+Caicos that’s always meant staying in an oceanfront suite at the Gansevoort…….but that’s all changed now that we discovered the White Villas.

The architecture/decor/landscape is modern, open, airy, private, super efficient and has that unique “by-the-ocean vibe”. It does look as cool in real life as in the photos!

Pleasantly surprised to find the kitchen/bar better equipped than our suite at the Gansevoort, including a separate wine fridge, smoothie blender….and most importantly….a cocktail shaker!

But what the White Villas provides that NO hotel can is REAL privacy and the true sense that you have a “home away from home”. Your OWN pool. A GRILL! Your OWN “Concierge”, Simon who is warm, gracious and very helpful. Rental SUV available from the property that is 25-30% cheaper than ANY local rate. Private boat rental with Captain Simon cruises customized to your liking and competitively priced. A short stroll to Long Bay Beach…..which is far less occupied and just as pristine as Grace Bay.

White Villas are private enough to feel special but only 5 mins to Coco Bistro and 10 to Grace Bay. There’s no need to ever know what time it is…because the pool is yours around the clock, no deadline for breakfast, ….and no housekeeper invading when you want to “chill”. Follow your own schedule (not the hotel’s!), do what you want when you want. If you’re looking for “one stop shopping”, setting your own pace, and soaking up a truly great luxe boutique environment, then for sure look no further than the White Villas…..it’s our “go-to” from now on.
