WHITE VILLA is a luxurious retreat located in Long Bay Beach (5 min. from Grace Bay). This 2 bed/3 bath villa can accommodate up to 6 people. A 3-minute stroll takes you straight to the beach, equipped with chairs and SUP. With no current, no coral, no waves, it’s absolutely perfect for beach lovers and kiteboarders. Our cluster of 10 villas allows us to offer services and amenities you’d normally only find in a 5-start hotel.

Great private villa for my family with 2 small kids. Loved the setup and access to the beach. Great staff and the meals prepared were excellent. Considering the cost of groceries the meals were nice and so convenient after playing all day in pool and beach.

This place is magical. Celebrated my husband’s 50th birthday. It was private and peaceful. We wanted to disconnect from the everyday routine. We definitely enjoyed the villa. The pool was perfect! We will definitely come back again. Thank you White Villa!

Beautiful white villas has me speechless, I rented one for my birthday in Turks and me and my friends were in awe from the driveway! Simon was sooo sweet when we arrived he gave us a tour of the property to find everything we may have needed while staying. Property was immaculate! Only a 3-5min walk to the beautiful beach and you can see the shipwreck from the sand.. the white villas was also a short(5-10min) drive to wherever we wanted to visit so renting a car was perfect! Everyone was so nice on the island and coming home to this place every night just made it all worth while!!! I have no complaints. From the kitchen to the big rooms with the outdoor showers me and my friends loved every minute! Thank you Simon and the white villas team for all the great communication and comfortable space!

We stayed at White Villas in June of 2024 and
We stayed at White Villas in June of 2024 and had an amazing stay. We had 4 adults in Villa 8 and enjoyed the privacy and luxe accommodations. Our own private pool was great for early morning and late night swims and the Long Bay Beach was simple 10 min walk. You need a car if you plan to go town and Grace Bay beach. We rented the FJ cruiser from the White Villas and found it a great connivence to be able to get it and drop it off right at the airport. It’s a 10 min drive to Grace Bay and the restaurants in that area. Outdoor showers were amazing, AC worked great, hosts met us in person and made recommendations. We also did the boat ride offered by The Villas and found it amazing - do it!! There are multiple other villas so you do have other guests generally around and in the area. This is a great place if you are looking to be away from the energy of Grace Bay and the all inclusive resorts- we would 100% recommend it. Very relaxing - simply wonderful and we would stay again!
Paradise!
Quiet Long Bay Hills.perfect for a relaxing vacation off the beaten path of Grace Bay. The Villa was exactly as pictured and the private pool a must! Having a car waiting at the airport was also a must. We were able to explore the island easily and spent time at a few other beaches. Would highly recommend
Great Stay at White Villas
Great option for a family with kids. We stayed for the past week in Villa 8 which is a 2 bedroom with the garage doors. This is our 3rd trip to Turks and our kids preferred White Villas to the Hotels we've stayed at on Grace Bay. They had a great time at the play center and pickle ball courts and loved the fact that we had our own private pool. Simon and the team were on top of everything and even when we had issues with the rental car and air conditioning they were there to fix it quickly.
Simon the owner is constantly around the property and checking in constantly to make sure things are going well.
Make sure you bring bug spray with you as the mosquitos destroyed my wife and son. They were constantly getting into our villa and then biting them while we slept at night.
We eventually had to keep the large garage doors closed constantly and keep the bug zappers running day and night in the bedrooms.

One of the best family trips we’ve had! They made everything super easy. If you go, you have to do the boat tour. It was amazing!

Spotless and beautiful, airy villa, with private pool. Lots of lovely amenities on the property including gym, bocce, and pickle ball. The short walk to the private beach was easy and the long bay beach side of the island is quiet and beautiful.
White Villa’s was excellent! My wife and I found this
White Villa’s was excellent! My wife and I found this place last minute and it was everything and then some! The photos don’t do it justice, it’s even more beautiful in person. The property itself is like a semi-resort, it’s a one-stop shop for everything you need. There are other villa’s on property as well and they are also beautiful from what we saw. Michelle, the concierge, was excellent. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was seamless and enjoyable. The location is no more than 15 driving minutes away from Grace Bay, but be prepared to pay no less than $30 each way for 2 people back and forth. Other than that, our stay was excellent!

It truly is the only way to experience the unparalleled beauty of the Turks and Caicos! Loved the beach near our accommodation! Karim and Simon, the hosts, are very responsive.

We will for sure recommend this property to friends & family and can very well see us coming back!! We enjoyed every single thing about it! After staying one night at the resort after checking out of the villas we were aching to go back! It was everything and more than expected!!
March break with the family
We just returned from a week at White Villas. The villas are beautiful and what you see in the photos is exactly what you get. We dealt with Karim during our stay and he was excellent. We’d highly recommend doing the boat tour offered by White Villas. Also, treat yourself to dinner in a couple of times. Salvador is an excellent chef and he brings everything right to your villa and cleans up after. The location of the villas is great. A short drive to grocery stores, the airport and the shops and restaurants at Grace Bay. Location to the beach is also a short walk. We’d highly recommend staying here and we hope to return!

Beautiful Villa; Outstanding location
The villa was simple beautiful. The indoor/outdoor living was very special and appreciated daily. The landscape and property is meticulously kept and a short walk to the Long Bay Beach which was very private and absolutely breathtaking was our daily enjoyment.
The villa had everything we needed for the beach and restful, peaceful nights.
Only because we enjoy cooking I would encourage the owners to update the cookware . We ended up going out for all our meals which were incredibly delicious and so fun.
The grocery store is expensive so when we bought grocery’s we were challenged with the cookware but we enjoyed the overall island experience.
There was construction at the property which was a bit of challenge and actually caused us to leave a day early because it was non stop and after the beach we wanted to enjoy our villa. But the entire island seems like it had
Constuction which will only produce more wonderful places to go . So have an open mind and enjoy the growth of this area and the beauty of it all

Wonderful location to explore all that Provinciales has to offer. Amazing Villas that are brand new and immaculate. The information about restaurants, the island and beaches to check out were marvelous and really allowed us to see some great beaches. Really appreciate all the beach gear, the playground and the thought behind every detail for a great stay. Definitely plan on coming back. 10 out of 10!

Whew we were not catfished!! It was such a relief to show up to an island and the home looks as beautiful as the pictures are on the internet. This home is absolutely gorgeous and you can tell that the owners really want it become a magical place on the island for families. It's fully stocked with kitchen supplies, pool towels, beach supplies, washer/dryer, etc. I believe when it's completely built it will be wonderful. I would certainly return back to see it when it's complete.
Further, I would keep in mind that you will need a rental car. It's not far from any of the attractions, grocery stores, or other beaches but you will need to drive and it will save you money because taxi's are so expensive. Renting a car from White Villas was seamless and it worked out perfectly for our family of 6.
Lastly, White Villas staff and Karim were very communicative and made themselves available for questions or concerns from the minute we booked up until we left. There were a few reviewers that mentioned that it felt overbearing to have the owners on the premises but it never felt that way for my family and I'm thankful.

An extraordinary place to stay. The villas are so well designed. For our family of six, with young kids, it was awesome to have the pool right there and be able to watch them while prepping meals.
They’ve thought of every amenity and have it available for you. We especially loved the boat tour and car rental. The itinerary and restaurant guides in the villas were very helpful. If you’re thinking about booking this, don’t hesitate!

The place was absolutely stunning and even better than we could have imagined. Everything was extremely easy from the moment we arrived, the car was waiting for us at the airport and they called us to ensure we knew how to get to the place and were waiting for us outside the place. They took us for a tour of the place and to the beach and were extremely friendly! They also took us for a boat tour that I would 100% recommend, it was the best part of our trip. The place is in a great location and very very close to the beach where you have your own private chairs, table, etc. 10/10 would recommend to everyone!

Beautiful modern villa in great location
We loved our week at White Villas. Our villa was beautiful and modern. The enormous outdoor showers were magnificent and spa like — the nicest outdoor showers I have ever been in. The private pool was equally amazing, from the raised level with seats in the water, to the bar with seats and also a swimming lane. Something for everyone. The property is also beautifully landscaped. You definitely need a car but it is 5-10 minute drive to most everything. It was a perfect spot for my teenage girls and their two friends.

We had a wonderful time in T&C, the white villas are beautiful designed and Simon and Karim are perfect hosts. We highly recommend staying there and all the services offered (car rental, massage ....). Hopefully, we will be back soon!

Villa was stylish, functional, and warm - had everything we could possibly need…3 minute walk to our own private beach…less than a 10 minute ride to Grace Bay Beach. Would come again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend. Feeling so refreshed….A very special place, indeed.
What a sweet spot!
The bottom line is that the villas are very sweet and the pool is excellent. But even more importantly, the service is exceptional. Karim and Lynda were super cool and crazy chef Aki made the best Ceasar salad we have ever had. We did not get to meet Simon and Pina, but maybe next time. Thanks Folks! J & K

This beautiful villa is amazing! Super modern, very clean, great location, spacious, awesome amenities. You could have a great trip to TCI and never even leave the villa, as it has everything you’d need. Private Chef and masseuse services on site really sealed the deal. The host was very responsive, accommodating and attentive. We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our vacation, and would love to return!
