WHITE VILLA is a luxurious retreat located in Long Bay Beach (5 min. from Grace Bay). This 3 bedroom/4 bathroom villa, with a large private pool, can accommodate up to 8 adults + 2 children. A 3-minute stroll takes you straight to the beach, equipped with chairs, kayaks and stand-up-paddle boards. Our cluster of 15 villas allows us to offer services and amenities you’d normally only find in a 5-stars hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this stunning villa! The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. The villa itself was beautifully designed, with luxurious amenities and spacious, comfortable rooms. The highlight was definitely the private pool and outdoor area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. I can't wait to return!

Great place to stay as described! Obviously it was pricey but we stayed during our three kids’ winter vacation/holidays. It’s a very private place but everything was within a short distance.
Karim, one of the owners, greeted us and he and his team members were super friendly and always available in person to take care of everything. We visited many vacation spots and stayed at numerous hotels/condos/villas and this was the by far the best place!

Beautiful place to stay. Loved being away from everything because we needed it. Booked 2 days before we flew out. Didn't realize, until the booking was accepted, that there is a mandatory car rental from the villa owners that guest must utilize. We were granted a pardon "ONLY" because it was last minute & I had a rental car already. Chef on site , pre-order groceries & they will book excursions for you of course for a fee. We weren't looking for all of that & did not utilize those services. I don't think they liked that at all but we just needed to get away. We literally took this trip as a very last minute "respite" trip because of our careers (stressful) & the fact that we are dealing with a bedridden mother back home. With that being said not one person checked on us to see if we needed anything. We could not get out of the house (doors) & had to leave one garage door up to go out. Texted but no response. Found an employee/given a garage code. Spend money they might like you.

We stayed in the White Villas for my 40th birthday and it was amazing! The space was incredible! Easy to get to from the airport, few minute walk to the beach, and just overall a great experience! I will definitely be back!

Fantastic Experience
Due to my normal weekly work travel in hotels/resorts, White Villas was exactly what I was looking for. I wanted the experience of luxury and resort feel without having the burden of eating out every meal and enjoying a more private setting. The options available but not mandatory is very nice to have, especially that the set up is customizable to fit everyone needs. We loved the extras White Villas offered...massage room, excursions ready to book without hassle, butler and/or cleaning service and extra curricular activities such as bocce ball, pickle ball, fitness room, and beautiful outdoor space for movie nights. The property has everything you could ever need with a very private setting per villa. The landscaping, the ice room, the online wine and liquor shop just enhanced our unforgettable experience. The owner and property managers were amazing and there for every need and/or request by the guest. We will be back for sure...

Absolute excellence hands down
I cannot express enough how much this listing exceeded my expectations. Simon and Pina were wonderful hosts. We originally were a group of 3 ladies and a married couple, but the couple had to back out a week out from our trip, and Simon was very accommodating of the changes. The vehicle pickup at the airport was flawless, and we arrived early but were alllowed to check in no problem. The house is in a great location. Minutes from all the main activity, but secluded enough to be quiet and relaxing. The beach that we had close access to was lovely. All the equipment was in good shape and we went out on the boat with Simon and had a great tour of multiple islands. The binders that offered tips of what to do and where to eat were very useful and all the suggestions were excellent. We had a wonderful time and truly appreciated the hospitality and suggestions that Pina and Simon had when we did ask for some ideas. The massage at the house was excellent as well. Overall experience was above and beyond what we anticipated. We will definitely be back again next year. Thank you to white villas for providing our ladies trip with a fantastic atmosphere and setting. We cannot thank you enough!

Leave your vacation in Simon’s hands and will have an amazing experience! You must take advantage of the private boat tour, it will definitely be a highlight of your trip. The only complaint I have is we couldn’t stay longer, we will definitely be back!!!

We had a fabulous week at the White Villas! Beautiful, clean, and just as you see in the pictures. Simon was excellent with timely communication. We all loved this place! The only down side was Long Bay Beach had a lot of seaweed and we were forced to travel to different beaches everyday. Retrospectively, this was a good thing as Sapodilla Bay, Taylor Bay and Grace Bay beaches are AMAZING!

The villa was extraordinary and so very peaceful! Very easy to get to the villa. Wonderful amenities and so much more coming in the future. A little bit of a walk to the beach, up and down a trail… However the view once you arrive is worth it. Using their rental car service was so very handy. Having meals cooked at the Villa… Is an absolute must! Enjoy paradise
Fantastic property and management, exactly as advertised!
We stayed at White Villas for the first week of March and had an excellent holiday! We were a family of 3 couples and the layout of the villa worked to perfection. Three bedrooms with ensuite baths was perfect for our family. The villa was truly private and there were lots of spaces for each of our travellers to have space to themselves. The unique indoor/outdoor living layout of the villa was great. We used the car rental option and it was fast and easy. Location on a quiet road a short walk to the beach worked well and we were at the beach often. Car is a necessity at this location as you will want to travel the island to sample the various beaches and restaurants. It was tough to depart and we will be back to the White Villas!

Amazing Villa for a group or family vacation! The stunning Villa was modern, clean and the garage doors really tied together the outdoor/indoor space. Simon had so many guides from activities to restaurants and even took us out on their boat for an incredible morning going to the shipwreck, iguana island, wakeboarding in pine cay and just zipping through the amazing turquoise waters. The Villa is equipped with everything you need from beach towels to cooking appliances to kayaks/paddle boards/life jackets/snorkel gear. There's a nice outdoor grill where we made steaks one night! We also took beach chairs every day to the beach. Had we stayed longer (we stayed a week) we would've taken advantage of movie night where they project movies outdoors in one of the common areas! The location of the Villa is also great. Right at Long Bay Beach where kitesurfing is popular. I would definitely come back!

Absolutely loved white Villas.. been to Turks and Caicos before but this was our favorite visit undoubtedly due to Simon and the white villa accommodations! The house is gorgeous, pool the perfect temp, activities a text or call away that will all be set up for you hassle free, and hosts that are willing to make you have the best holiday. Thanks again, we will see you soon!

A beautiful home in a great location! The residence is located a few steps from the beach and is a great family rental with all amenities! The layout for entertainment is unreal and the 3 lock off bedrooms give you all privacy! We’ll be back!!

What wonderful place to stay. Private, yet all the amenities
What wonderful place to stay. Private, yet all the amenities you would get at a resort. Almost everything is within a 10 min drive. A day on the boat with Simon was fantastic. Jumping 30' off the top of an abandoned ship was the highlight. A relaxing day pass at Club Med was great break from all the activities we had planned. Having the chef prepare a meal at the house was a nice treat after a day on the boat. Fantastic scuba diving options and plenty of snorkeling. (Snorkeling boat trip is included in the Club Med day pass). The car rental from White Villa makes everything much easier and quicker getting in and out of the airport. We always rent an AIRBNB house for our vacations and White Villa is as good as it comes

What a perfect place to stay in TCI!!! The villa is situated on Long Bay Beach. A mere 500 yard walk gets you to unbelievable hues of turquoise with a view of the Russian shipwreck in the distance. Conveniently, the Villa has paddleboards for you to use or you can simply relax and watch the kitesurfers and foilers speed by.
The Villa itself is well-designed. Gorgeous views of the azure waters from the second floor. Concrete floors and its open design make it a great gathering place for a large family. The covered porch and pool with swim up bar are great places to read a book, play a few hands of poker, and enjoy your "I Soon Reach" (local beer) or rum punch.
Pina, Simon and Max are excellent hosts. The info they put together and provide regarding island activities and restaurants was probably the best we've ever seen. We really appreciated the inclusion of maps and a suggested itinerary for day trips. Follow their recommendations - the Mac&Cheese balls recommended by Max at the Cocovan Airstream Lounge were particularly tasty and Turks Kebab (#14) totally hits the spot too. Both a 5-7 minute drive from the Villa.
Going on the boat excursion with Captain Simon on their jet boat is a must-do activity - jumping from the shipwreck, checking out Iguana Island, Half Moon Bay, and the sandbars in between give you those iconic TCI photos of unbelievable white sand and water with every single shade of turquoise you can imagine. Be sure to bring lots of sunscreen and re-apply frequently!!!
Pina also arranged in-villa massages and Chef-prepared dinner at our Villa. The massages were wonderful and dinner was delicious.
The Provo Golf Course was a 5 minute drive from the Villa (renting a car is a must - we also rented from Simon&Pina - very easy, hassle-free) - fun course, great staff, and bring a lot of balls ;).

Well done Simon and Pina and thank you for everything.Completely, worth it, location, ameneities, service, experience, and hospitality was top notch. Follow the things to do, everyone else we met learned something about T&C from how we were incredibly informed of things to do and most people were using google. We enjoyed its ray and vaca and owe a ton of credit to our hosts.

We were in the middle of searching for a place
We were in the middle of searching for a place to stay in the Caribbean's and was not exactly set on where. We stumbled across White Villas and it seemed to good to be true. It was perfect for me and my family. Not only that, but Pina and Simon were responsive and answered my questions immediately. They made sure we were aware of travel requirements, made recommendations on rental cars, and provided simple directions to White Villas. The Villa felt like we were entering our own movie set for week. The place was clean, stylish, and had everything we need. However, once they showed us the books on island recommendations, we made an attempt to check off as many places as possible. We did not make them all, because the beach was a 2 minute walk and we had a pool that we enjoyed so much. Favorite Beach - Taylor Bay, Favorite overall restaurant - Las Brisas (they were all pretty good), Favorite shots - Danny Buoys (The Flaming Bob Marley's). We can not say enough about how awesome our experience was in Turks and Caicos and it was made possible by our host Pina and Simon and our stay at White Villas.

The White Villas will go down as one of our favorite trips. The house is so stylish and clean we hardly wanted to leave. And the amenities you offered from car rentals to chairs on the beach and stand up paddle boards made us feel like we were at a 5 star resort!
The guides you put together for restaurants and activities were great and helped us get around Turks and Caicos with ease.
Our favorite day was the boat excursion! But it was hard to pick a favorite day because they were all great.
We will be back!

We absolutely loved our week at White Villas and wished we could have stayed longer. Pina and Simon were just the best hosts -so lovely and responsive to any of our needs or questions. Villa #5 was even more beautiful than the photographs. Myself, my husband and our two teenage daughters loved hanging out in our beautiful, private pool and the open air living space. The furniture and appliances were all top notch and the beds were super comfortable. Renting a car through White Villas was also super convenient and easy. We didn't take advantage of all the activities they offered, but that's also a great feature of this property. We have stayed in properties all over the world and White Villas is among the very best. I highly recommend it! A million thanks Simon and Pina :)!

White villas was perfect. The location was amazing, we took evening strolls to the AMAZING beach and everything was minutes away by car. The villa was ideal for our group of 3 families. The kids had an unbelievably amazing time in the pool and eating at the outdoor dining table. The views of the sunset were breathtaking.
Simon was very helpful and answered all questions very quickly. He even went above and beyond and dropped us to the airport. I would recommend this villa to anyone.

Fabulous place to unplug and relax
The white villas properties and grounds are stunning. From the indoor / outdoor design to the in pool bar - every little detail has been thought through to make it an incredible experience.
Simon and Pina and wonderful hosts and will attend to your every need. Even the little play ground in the gardens is the perfect spot to relax morning or evening and meet the few fellow guests if desired.
The idyllic beach is a stones through from the villas (the colour is as unbelievable as the pics) and they even have dedicated tables and beach chairs down there so you don’t have to carry you own.
If we had to think up anything to improve it would just be having the pool a few degrees warmer.
We had an amazing time and loved the villas and will definitely be going back. We’d recommend to families and couples.
