Turks and Caicos Villa With Private Chef
The first thing guests tend to notice is the quiet. It is a little after seven on Providenciales, the trade wind is moving in off Long Bay, and the pool outside the glass doors has not yet been disturbed by anyone. Somewhere behind you a coffee press is being set down, a platter of mango and papaya is finding its place on the terrace table, and a chef is asking, without any hurry at all, how you would like your eggs.
This is the particular pleasure of a Turks and Caicos villa with a private chef, and it is the one we have spent a decade refining. We are Simon, Pina, Karim, and Tim, the small team behind White Villas on Long Bay Beach, and since 2016 we have watched guests arrive expecting a beautiful rental and leave having rethought what a vacation can be. More often than not, the turning point is a meal.
A Chef in the Kitchen, a Car at the Airport
There are two ways to bring a private chef into a White Villas stay, and both begin with a conversation.
For guests who would rather not think about anything once they land, our all-inclusive villas program folds the chef, the car, and the concierge into a single stay. Chef Salvador cooks in your villa kitchen, from unhurried breakfasts to beach lunches to dinners on the terrace, always on your schedule rather than a set seating. Your SUV or minivan is waiting at the airport when you arrive, the keys in a coded lockbox, and a personal concierge stays with you from the first email to the final checkout. Stays in the program run weekend to weekend, which gives a week its natural shape.
Others prefer to compose the week night by night. Every villa lets you build your own all-inclusive through our guest app, adding private chef meals for the evenings that matter most, then a Jeep for exploring, a boat charter, a massage, or an evening of babysitting as the days unfold. Many guests book a chef for the night they arrive and the night they celebrate, and leave the rest deliberately open.

How the Table Is Set
The work begins well before you pack. Our concierge asks the questions that shape a week of menus: who is coming, how old they are, what they love, what they cannot eat, and whether there is an anniversary, a birthday, or a proposal hidden somewhere in the calendar. From there, your chef drafts menus for each booked meal, and you edit them as freely as you like.
The shopping is handled for you, and on an island this small, it is a pleasure to follow. Pantry staples and bright produce come from Graceway Gourmet in Grace Bay, the serious cuts from Island Prime Butcher, and the seafood from local fishermen working the Caicos Bank, so the lobster, snapper, grouper, and conch on your plate were often in the water that morning. If you like, we will stock the kitchen before you land, so the first evening begins with a cold bottle already open.
On service days, your chef arrives ahead of the meal, sets the terrace, and cooks in your kitchen while you swim. On larger nights a server may join. Afterward, everything is washed, stored, and reset, and by morning the only evidence of last night’s dinner is the smell of fresh coffee.

Houses Built Around the Table
Not every villa is made for this kind of week. A chef needs room to work, a group needs a table that holds everyone, and an evening needs somewhere worth lingering. Each White Villas home sits within a small enclave on Long Bay Beach, a three-minute walk from the sand and five minutes from Grace Bay, with a fully equipped kitchen and shared access to the gym, pickleball court, putting green, bocce, and playground. Most are designed around indoor-outdoor living, with custom glass garage-style doors that open the living spaces directly onto the terrace and pool. Here is how each one lives when a chef is in the kitchen.
Villa 10, for the Whole Table
Villa 10 is where multigenerational trips and long-planned reunions come together. Four bedrooms and four and a half baths sleep up to ten guests, eight adults and two young children, with a king and a child’s pull-out in the main suite and three more bedrooms that convert between twins and a king, each with sofa beds for the kids. It is a house that bends to the shape of your group rather than the other way around, and one where everyone still has a door to close at the end of the night.
For a chef, it is a generous place to work. The full kitchen has dual refrigerators and modern appliances, the glass doors fold away so the kitchen and living room open straight onto the terrace, and the private pool, with its swim-up bar, lap corridor, and shallow children’s section, keeps the youngest swimmers in view while dinner comes together. If your week is built around ten people sharing one long table as the sun goes down over Long Bay, this is the villa for it. Check Villa 10 availability.

Villa 4, for Families Who Want Room to Breathe
Villa 4 is a favorite with families, and the layout explains why. Three bedrooms and four bathrooms sleep up to eight, six adults and two young children. The main bedroom has a king with a pull-out for a child, the second converts between twins and a king with a single sofa bed, and the third sits apart in a pool annex, a quiet hideaway for grandparents, teenagers, or a couple who likes a little distance.
The kitchen is set up for real cooking, with dual refrigerators, a stove, an oven, and a full set of cookware, and the expansive terrace pairs high-end outdoor furniture with a propane BBQ, so your chef can grill lobster while the children splash in the shallow end of the private pool a few steps away. Garden and pool service come twice a week, and guests have given Villa 4 a perfect five-star average across 22 verified reviews. See Villa 4 and its dates.

Villa 12, Resort Ease With a Private Address
Villa 12 offers the comfort of a resort with the feeling of an independent home. It sleeps up to eight, six adults and two children, across three bedrooms and four bathrooms: a king in the main bedroom, a second room that converts between twins and a king, a pool annex bedroom with the same flexibility, and a double sofa bed in the living room for extra guests.
This is a kitchen a chef will enjoy, with dual refrigerators, a stove and oven, a dishwasher, a blender, and proper cutting knives, and a spacious pool terrace with a propane grill, sun and shade, and high-end patio furniture. The custom glass doors open completely, with no floor tracks, so the living room and the pool read as a single space from breakfast to the last course of dinner. As one guest put it in a review, it was “better than any 5-star hotel we’ve stayed in.” Plan your stay in Villa 12.

Villa 3, for Two Couples or Two Generations
Villa 3 solves the quiet challenge of traveling together: how to share a vacation without sharing every moment. Its two bedrooms and three bathrooms sit across separate buildings, so two couples, or parents and grown children, can keep their own rhythm. The first bedroom has a king with a child’s pull-out, the second converts between twins and a king with a single sofa bed, and a double sofa bed in the living room brings capacity to six.
Everyone meets again at the table. The kitchen has two refrigerators and service for six, the large terrace offers sun and shade with a propane BBQ, and the private pool has a swim-up bar, a lap corridor, and a shallow section for children. Villa 3 holds a five-star rating across 34 verified reviews, with one guest calling their stay “nothing short of exceptional.” Reserve Villa 3.

Villa 14, a Retreat for Two
Villa 14 is designed for couples who want the privacy of a villa and none of the work. One bedroom with a king bed and a single bathroom keep the footprint intimate, while the private pool, complete with a swim-up bar and lap corridor, and a large terrace with both sun and shade give it a sense of space far beyond its size.
The fully equipped kitchen, with a stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, means a private chef can cook a candlelit dinner for two on your terrace, the kind of evening that turns an anniversary or a honeymoon into a story. Add chef breakfasts, a massage, or a boat trip through the guest app, and the week builds itself around the two of you. Book Villa 14 for your getaway.

Studio 3, the Quiet Escape
Studio 3 is an open-concept loft built in 2020, bright and airy, with one king bed and one bathroom for a single couple. Its pool is the only heated pool at White Villas, with a swim-up bar, a lap corridor, and a shallow section, and it is shared with just one other studio, so mornings in the water rarely feel anything but private.
The kitchen is surprisingly complete for a studio, with two refrigerators, a stove, an oven, and cookware for six, and the large terrace has sun, shade, and a propane grill. It is an ideal setting for slow chef breakfasts and a private dinner that no one else needs to know about. Discover Studio 3.

The Shape of a Perfect Week
The instinct, understandably, is to book a chef for every night. In our experience, the best weeks breathe a little.
Begin with a chef on arrival night, when everyone is tired and happy and a restaurant is the last thing anyone wants. Let the second evening be easy, with sunset canapés and a family-style dinner on the terrace. On the third, go out: Crackpot Kitchen on Grace Bay Road is where we send guests for jerk chicken, curry goat, and a lively room full of island character. Save the fourth night for whatever you came to celebrate. On the fifth, keep things low-key with takeaway from SJ’s Curry Club, a tiny local favorite, plated at the villa, or a beach-style barbecue if the group is large. Give the sixth night to the sea, with a menu built around conch and grilled lobster, and let the last be a farewell dinner on the terrace, the one you will still be describing on the flight home.
For a particular night, we are also happy to bring in one of the island’s independent specialists we know well: Chef Turks and Caicos for Italian-leaning fine dining, Caicos Cuisine for sushi and surf and turf, Olives and Dates for local conch dishes, Caicos Catering for a big-group barbecue, or Come Eat With Me for an elegant set menu. Tell us what you are imagining, and we will arrange it.
A Table on Long Bay
Nearly a thousand five-star reviews, Airbnb Superhost and VRBO Premier Host status, and a TripAdvisor Travelers’ Choice award have taught us something simple about what guests remember. It is rarely the itinerary. It is the dinner that ran long on the terrace, the breakfast no one had to organize, and the feeling of having nowhere else to be.
When you are ready, our reservations manager Tim will match you with the right villa, plan your chef nights around the people you are bringing, and have the kitchen stocked before you land. Explore our villas, discover the all-inclusive villa program, or browse our current specials, and let us set the table.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is a private chef included in a White Villas stay?
It depends on how you book. Our all-inclusive villa program includes Chef Salvador’s service, along with a car and a personal concierge. For every other stay, private chef meals can be added à la carte through our guest app, as many or as few as you like.
What does a private chef cost in Turks and Caicos?
It depends on your group, the number of meals, and your menus. As a general guide on Providenciales, per-meal chef fees commonly start around USD 250 for breakfast and USD 400 to 450 for dinner for smaller groups, with groceries billed separately. Our concierge will share a clear quote for your dates before anything is confirmed.
Are groceries included?
For à la carte chef meals, groceries are typically billed separately from the chef’s fee, at cost plus a small service percentage. If you are joining the all-inclusive program, our concierge will walk you through exactly what your stay covers.
Can the chef cook around allergies and dietary needs?
Yes. Gluten-free, plant-based, keto, kosher, and halal menus, children’s plates, and allergy-specific cooking are all part of the pre-arrival planning. The more you share, the better every meal will be.
Is there a breakfast offer?
For new reservations of four nights or more made by October 2, 2026, with check-in by October 25, 2026, our resort kitchen prepares two complimentary breakfasts served in your villa. It is a set-menu breakfast from our kitchen rather than private chef service, and a lovely first taste of dining at home on Long Bay. Full details are on the breakfast offer page.
How far ahead should we plan?
For high season, from December through April, we suggest booking your villa and chef four to eight weeks ahead, and several months ahead for Christmas, New Year, and Easter. Quieter months can often be arranged with two to three weeks’ notice.
